Located in Virginia's extreme south-eastern corner, you will find Hampton Roads often referred to as the "Home of Seven Cities."

Back Bay and False Cape State Parks, located in Virginia Beach, provide numerous miles of hiking and biking trails, environment educational centers and primitive camping facilities. First Landing State Park provides 20 miles of trails, as well as 1.5 miles of sandy Chesapeake Bay beach frontage to enjoy the weather.
